BM-100 is a stain-free, waterproof, chemical resistant Epoxy Based Joint Filler specially designed indoor & outdoor grouting application of ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, marble & natural stones.

Recommended Use
Wp-301 Is Ideally Suited For Residential & Commercial Installations Where Materials Must Resist Physical Abuse, Shock & Chemical Attack.

Surface Preparation: Before starting to grout, the tile surface should be dust and dirt free. Do not clean the tile with acid cleaners. Mixing: Empty entire contents of Bluemax Epoxy Grout Part “A’’ and part “B” jars into a clean pall. Mix with a margin trowel or a slow-speed drill mixer until liquid is completely blended. Add at least 3/4 of grout part “C” Filler powder and mix to a uniform consistency.

Application: Immediately pour contents of bucket into working area. Be sure all grout joints are packed full. Remove excess material as possible before initial cleaning with grout float. Do not leave excess grout on the face of tile.

Cleaning: After 20-30 min of the application of epoxy grout scrub the surface of the tile and joint with clean water and the scrubber provided to remove any excess grout. Then take a clean thick towel and drag across the tile to remove any residue. Clean off any light residue of tile grout left on the tile surface using an alkaline detergent.
