Interior and exterior bonding of ceramic tiles vitrified tiles, stone and mosaics on floors, walls and ceilings. Also suitable for spot bonding of insulating materials such as expanded polystyrene, rock and glass sound-deadening panels, etc.
Recommended Use
Specially designed for interior & exterior floor & wall applications. (Ceramic, sandstone, granite, marble, porcelain, etc.) On the following Substrates Concrete, Lightweight blocks, Stone walls (cleaned and prepared), Glazed tiles (internal use), Cementitious plaster and renders, Gypsum Board. Bluemax Premium also uses in Private swimming pools, Bathrooms, Stairs, Heated floors, Rooms, Parking etc
Direction & Instruction For Use
- Clean the substrate of oils stains and bond inhibiting compounds, also remove any loose particles dirt, dust.
- Ensure that the surface is flat (hard and rigid) for the given application.
- Ensure that the surface is well saturated before application in the case of cementitious substrates.
- Gradually add 3 parts of powder (by volume) and mix it to a smooth workable paste.
- Always add the powder to water.
- After mixing allow for 2 minutes for it to mature.
- Do not attempt to extend the pot life by adding the more water to the mix.
- Apply adhesive over the surface using the straight edge of the notched trowel, if the adhesive is a buttered.
- trowel, tile, then ensure proper coverage of tile surface to avoid voids.
- Firmly press the tile into the adhesive to ensure good initial bonding.
Technical Characteristics
Bluemax Diamond is a grey powder composed of cement, fine-aggregates, synthetic resins and special additives, developed by Bluemax Polymers.
A mortar with the following properties is obtained when mixed with water:

Coverage: Bluemax Diamond gives coverage of 4.8sq.mt in 3mm thickness
Shelf Life: 12 months after manufacturing date in original and non-open packaging, under cover, in dry condition, away from humidity, protected from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
